A San Diego local, Chef Julian comes to Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa with several years of fine dining experience. He draws inspiration from the shores of Southern California, where he spend his youth fishing, creating exquisite menus that offer intricate seafood dishes and the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.

“Chef Julian comes from a long family tradition of chefs, so it is in his DNA to explore new combinations of ingredients, food concepts and themes.
